ServerDaemon was launched on 18th of Febuary 2009 and we pride ourselves in offering affordable, quality hosting and friendly professional support. Unlike a lot of hosts these days ServerDaemon never oversells or allows it’s clients to oversell this helps ensure that you actually get what you pay for not only a small fraction of it.

Zero Spam Tolerance

ServerDaemon operates a strict zero tolerance towards spammers who hop from one host to another bombarding people with spam and clogging up the server mailqueues. We have tools in place to help catch these spammers quickly and efficiently before the server gets clogged.

Staff Abuse Policy

Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated in any way and may even result in your account being suspended, remember our staff are always professional and will treat you with respect. It’s only fair you treat them the same way in return. This includes;

swearing

rudness

Support Tickets

We offer the ability to submit support tickets via our billing system WHMCS however we must ask that you only submit one support ticket per request, submitting multiple tickets for the same issue wont get it solved any faster, infact it will more than likely cause delay in us replying to you.

We must also ask that you open a seperate ticket for new issues rather than re-opening/replying to an old one because it just makes it more difficult for us to keep tabs.
